Bertram Klamp is born in Germany, after studies of economics he moves to Milan to study languages and singing. Joining as a freelancer the chorus of the Teatro alla Scala di Milano he makes his soloist debut at the Scala and the Theater an der Wien in the opera Lulu by Alban Berg. He is performing mainly in Bach’s orartories, chamber music of German, Russian, Italian and French repertoire and operas by Donizetti, Rossini, Tchaikovsky and Mozart.
As an actor he takes part in TV productions such as Painkiller Jane, L’ispettore Coliandro and the Norwegian movie Beatles, beside many TV ads.
He is based in Amsterdam, Budapest, Keszthely, Nice and Pescara.
